No missing internet or electricity! Electricity is included and solar! Cleaning once per week is included for weekly rentals. Longer than 1 month, cleaning is not provided, but is available. Private entrance, very private pool. Herb garden, lemon tree filled with fruit, organanic bananas! Boogie boards, cooler, 4 beach chairs, beach umbrella, etc. included. Carport and storage bodega RESERVATION DEPOSITS For weekly rentals - Reservation Deposit is 2 nights, paid in advance. Minimum 3 night booking. For month long rentals - Reservation Deposit is 1 week, paid in advance. Long term rentals over 2 months - Reservation Deposit is $500, paid in advance /at booking, that will be used as part of the first month's rental. Damage deposit is $500 cash, to be paid upon entering the house and refunded when you leave, if everything is clean and in good condition!
